  • The minimum required investment has to be 3.5 times of the stuck up (disputed )amount in old property.  For Example:- The amount stuck up in the old property is 20 Lacs. The new property the client now buys from M3M has to be 3.5 times implying 70 lac shall be the minimum investment of the client.
  • The client will be offered the property in 50:50 payment scheme. If the price of the property is Rs 70 Lakhs client has to make upfront payment of Rs 35 Lakhs, 50% of Remaining Rs 35 Lakhs less the disputed amount of Rs 20 Lakhs, ie. Rs 15 Lakhs at the time of possession.)
  • The application amount shall be 10% Along with duplicate papers of the property.
  • The payment plan under this scheme shall be 50:50.
  • No assured return shall be given on the stuck up amount.
  • The assured return will be given on the payment made upfront to M3M ie. 50%
  • Original papers of the disputed property will be deposited at M3M at the time of booking confirmation.
